📋 Description

• Manage and optimize complex, rapidly changing calendars. • Act as the primary gatekeeper for the executive's inbox. • Arrange comprehensive travel logistics. • Prepare meeting agendas and capture minutes. • Draft, edit, and format high-quality documents. • Track, organize, and reconcile monthly expense reports. • Serve as a bridge for communication between the executive and other stakeholders. • Assist with ad-hoc projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing administrative support at the executive level. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. • Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential business and personal information. • Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
