📋 Description

• Provide courteous and empathetic support to travel agents, offering options and negotiating through airline portals and internal tools such as maisFLY and FlyGuru • Facilitate communication between airlines and domestic and international travel agencies, ensuring the delivery of services and completion of sales • Make reservations, rebookings, fare recalculations, and air ticket issuances using the systems provided by the company • Request additional services, such as seat assignments and special meals • Monitor air reservations, applying procedures, guidelines, and best practices with a focus on profitability, cost reduction, and sales growth • Use the maisFLY, FlyGuru, and Wiki portals to consult and monitor airline policies and conditions • Optimize response times, ensuring efficiency and excellence in customer service and the sales process

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a college degree • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Basic to intermediate English proficiency • Knowledge of airline systems: E-LATAM, E-GOL, AZUL Portal, and NDC • Availability to work from 6:00 p.m. to midnight • Knowledge of GDS platforms: Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo • Knowledge of airline NDC systems • Experience with air reservations, fare recalculations, and ticket issuance
