📋 Description

• Perform analysis and improvement of business processes with a focus on the TOTVS Protheus ERP; • Perform system parameterization, configuration adjustments, and technical support; • Integrate Protheus with other platforms via Webservices and APIs; • Support users in system usage by providing training and enablement; • Manage updates, version migrations, and system performance tuning; • Align ERP functionality with the specific needs of each business area.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of the main TOTVS Protheus modules: • Finance • Invoicing • Purchasing • Inventory • Tax Books • Personnel Management (HR) • Time and Attendance • TAF • Strong understanding of business processes and organizational logic; • Experience in technical support and continuous system improvement; • Experience with integrations via Webservices and APIs; • Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile; • Strong communication skills and ability to identify user needs.
