📋 Description

• Manage requests and monitor reservations, ensuring fast, accurate solutions aligned with airline and supplier policies • Provide human-centered, objective, and solution-oriented multichannel support for travel agencies and domestic customers • Prepare quotes and handle bookings, ticket issuance, changes, and rebookings for domestic air travel • Issue ancillary services, such as pet transportation, unaccompanied minor services, seat assignments, and excess baggage • Calculate fare differences for ticket changes and reissues in accordance with applicable rules • Review and interpret fare rules and airline policies • Monitor and ensure the completion of ticketing and after-sales processes, meeting deadlines and maintaining service quality • Maintain ongoing relationships with internal teams and partner airlines, fostering effective communication • Contribute suggestions for the continuous improvement of operational and customer service processes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the tourism industry • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with DCP E-LATAM, E-GOL, and other airline portals, such as Azul and LATAM NDC • Knowledge of Amadeus and/or Sabre is a plus
