📋 Description

• Service a variety of customers and channels in the North Brisbane area, including a monthly regional run to the Kingaroy region • Deliver sales targets • Build relationships with the called-on customer base • Drive profitable growth through effective territory planning and execution • Manage and grow sales through product distribution and visibility • Sell the company’s portfolio of spreads, milk, milk-based beverages and other products • Nourish, build and create lasting customer relationships • Achieve profit growth targets through product availability • Develop and ensure compliance of promotional programs across customers • Ensure excellence in in-store execution, including point-of-sale activation and planogram compliance • Drive fridge utilisation, share of shelf and in-store fridge location management

🎯 Requirements

• Based in or around the North Brisbane region • Previous sales experience highly regarded • Experience in the Independent Grocery channel viewed favourably but not essential • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders • Open to trying new strategies and challenging current ways of thinking • Ability to demonstrate teamwork and resilience to overcome sales challenges and achieve targets • Must hold a current valid driver’s license • Required to complete a pre-employment medical • Must have the right to live and work in Australia
