• BELAY - Virtual Assistant position: Provide virtual assistant services including maintaining executive calendars and appointments • Manage and organize emails • Create and prepare presentations or spreadsheets • Handle social media management, content creation, and posting • Build structure, workflows, and processes to streamline client operations • Research technologies and make thoughtful recommendations • Administer CRMs by updating and entering client data • Arrange travel and handle event coordination • Assist with project management and event planning • Offer personal assistance as needed
• 1+ years of administrative experience required; 3+ years preferred • Must be available during normal business hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (in your time zone) for regular client communication; this role cannot be combined with another job that limits availability during these hours • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills • Trustworthy, reliable, and maintains a high level of confidentiality • Excellent communicator, with a friendly, professional demeanor • At-home office setup with Mac/PC computer (minimum 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, MS Office) and a reliable internet connection • Smartphone with email capabilities • A quiet, designated workspace for professional duties
