📋 Description

• Assist clients in organizing and managing their travel arrangements from start to finish. • Focus on the finalization and delivery of travel services. • Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring each client's itinerary is accurate and tailored to their needs. • Work closely with both clients and travel partners to coordinate bookings and handle administrative tasks. • Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with last-minute itinerary changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, email, online booking tools).
