📋 Description

• Own HiBob as our core HRIS end-to-end (configuration, data integrity, integrations) plus recurring people analytics and reporting for leadership; • Automate manual HR work: build self-service flows that resolve routine requests without human involvement, including with AI agents and tooling; • Own the full employee lifecycle with deep focus on pre-boarding, onboarding, and adaptation; reducing time-to-productivity and acting on feedback; • Guide middle managers through core HR processes: adaptation, performance management, compensation reviews, and talent mapping; • Serve as first point of contact for employee relations, escalating to the Head of HR where needed, and keep all HR documentation current in Notion; • Drive engagement and a performance-based culture across remote and hybrid teams, leading HR projects tied to team OKRs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR operations or an equivalent role supporting 100+ headcount; • Hands-on ownership of the full employee lifecycle, with proven strength in onboarding; • Working expertise with an HRIS - HiBob strongly preferred - including reporting and configuration; • Track record of partnering with managers to sustain a performance-based culture; • Comfort operating in a fast-changing remote environment and adapting quickly; • Strong planning and prioritization; you follow through without being chased; • Upper-Intermediate+ English, written and spoken, Fluent Ukrainian. • Nice-to-have: Experience building AI agents or automations for HR workflows; Advanced Notion (databases, relations, automations); Experience running an HR self-service or knowledge base system.
