📋 Description

• Support the implementation, maintenance and evolution of the Business Continuity Program (BCP) • Develop unavailability scenarios and impact mitigation strategies within Operational Contingency Plans (OCP) • Perform and update Business Impact Analyses (BIA) • Create, review and maintain Business Continuity Plans, Contingency Plans, Recovery Plans and Crisis Manuals • Coordinate continuity tests, exercises and simulations • Monitor, together with first-line teams, action plans arising from tests and risk assessments • Support crisis management in response and recovery structures • Prepare KPIs, metrics and executive reports on business continuity • Promote a culture of continuity and operational resilience • Liaise with IT on incident tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Risk Management, Information Security, or related fields • Experience implementing, maintaining or improving Business Continuity Programs (BCP) • Hands-on experience with Business Impact Analysis (BIA) • Experience developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Operational Contingency Plans (OCP), Recovery Plans, Crisis Management Plans and Crisis Manuals • Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies • Experience conducting continuity tests and simulations • Knowledge of incident management and crisis management • Experience creating KPIs, dashboards and executive reports • Ability to map critical business processes • Experience preparing workflows, procedures and corporate documentation • Experience interacting with IT teams to monitor significant incidents
