📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from role intake through offer presentation • Align on the profiles and requirements for open positions • Define candidate attraction, outreach, and sourcing strategies • Post and manage vacancies across available platforms • Screen and review resumes • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for the positions • Perform talent hunting and proactively source professionals • Map the market and identify potential candidates • Prepare candidate profiles and assessment reports for presentation to hiring managers and clients • Support candidates throughout all stages of the selection process • Lead alignment discussions and negotiations related to offer presentation • Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, setting priorities and ensuring continued progress on open roles • Keep requests organized and track progress, working with agility and commitment to deadlines and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing university or technical education • Previous experience in recruitment and selection • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes • Experience recruiting Technology professionals • Experience working with diverse profiles and levels of seniority • Experience with talent hunting and proactive candidate outreach • Knowledge of major job posting and candidate sourcing platforms • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while organizing priorities and deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Agile, organized, proactive, and autonomous approach to work • Commitment and sense of responsibility for the department’s demands and deliverables
