📋 Description

• Handle high-volume recruitment and selection activities • Conduct and manage processes from profile alignment through vacancy closure • Recruit and select operational professionals for retail stores • Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including interviews and test administration, when required • Guide candidates through the process stages and the documentation required for hiring • Identify professionals who match the company profile using tools and methods in accordance with internal procedures • Monitor the number of open, in-progress, and completed vacancies on a daily basis • Identify, recommend, and use the most suitable recruitment sources for each position • Perform other related activities as directed by management

🎯 Requirements

• A personal laptop or computer is required to perform the duties of this position • A completed university degree is preferred • Basic to intermediate Excel skills preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • A solid 2–3 years of experience in previous roles is preferred • Alignment with the values of Transparency, Organization, Respect, Resilience, and Agility
