📋 Description

• Align job profiles with managers/clients • Advertise opportunities through strategic channels and platforms • Screen resumes and actively source candidates • Conduct selection interviews and present shortlisted finalists • Track recruitment metrics through to the completion of the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection • Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and time management • Own equipment and infrastructure for work (computer, internet, and telephone) • Immediate availability • Technical diploma • Preferred: previous experience recruiting for Call Center / Telemarketing positions • Preferred: experience with high-volume recruitment processes (high-volume/mass recruitment)
