📋 Description

• Align job profiles with hiring managers/clients • Post job openings on strategic channels and platforms • Screen resumes and actively source (hunt) candidates • Conduct selection interviews and present finalists • Track recruitment process metrics until vacancy closure

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection • Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organization, proactivity, and time management • Own work setup: computer, internet access, and phone • Availability to start immediately • 1 to 3 years of professional experience • Technical diploma or vocational/technical certification • Experience recruiting for Call Center/Telemarketing is a plus • Experience with high-volume (mass) recruitment processes is a plus
