📋 Description

• Align job profiles with hiring managers/clients • Post job opportunities on strategic channels and platforms • Screen resumes and actively source candidates • Conduct selection interviews and present finalists • Track recruitment process metrics through to completion

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection • Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organization, proactivity, and time-management skills • Own work equipment: computer, internet connection, and phone • Availability to start immediately • Technical qualification • 1–3 years of professional experience • Previous experience recruiting for call center/telemarketing roles (a plus) • Experience with high-volume recruitment processes (high-volume/mass recruitment) (a plus)
