📋 Description

• Align job profiles with hiring managers/clients • Post opportunities on strategic channels and platforms • Screen resumes and actively source candidates (hunting) • Conduct selection interviews and present finalists • Monitor recruitment process metrics until the position is closed

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection • Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques • Excellent verbal and written communication • Organized, proactive, and good time management • Own equipment for remote work: computer, internet, and phone • Availability to start immediately • Plus: experience recruiting for Call Center/Telemarketing • Plus: experience with high-volume/mass recruitment processes • Technical course (vocational/technical training) • Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience
