📋 Description

• Lead the Payments vertical in Mexico. • Manage and mentor the operations team, improving efficiency through automation, engineering solutions, and data-driven processes. • Collaborate with providers and clients to identify and define business opportunities. • Drive product initiatives from ideation to production, including building MVPs, validating hypotheses, and scaling successful solutions. • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organization. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance. • Analyze user behavior, market dynamics, and performance metrics to guide decisions. • Build customer relationships, understand pain points, and provide proactive technical problem-solving. • Define and track OKRs, identify growth levers, and communicate progress. • Communicate priorities, updates, and launches to stakeholders across seniority levels.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech or payments. • Experience working in a product team within the Mexican payments ecosystem. • Founded or been an early employee at a startup, or built products or businesses from 0→1. • Strong technical foundation and passion for software development; able to prototype or code MVPs yourself. • Comfortable extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data, and creating dashboards. • Excellent product intuition and ability to translate ambiguous problems into concrete solutions. • Proven execution skills using data and insights to prioritize, ship, and measure impact. • Customer-first mindset and ability to articulate customer needs precisely. • Strong stakeholder management and clear communication. • Experience leading teams. • Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as chatbots, copilots, or productivity assistants. • Written and spoken proficiency in English is required.
