• Drive sales of merchandise, equipment, technology, and Benco services; • Solicit new business through personal efforts and referrals; • Maximize the customer experience; • Enhance selling skills in product and services focus areas; • Develop healthy/productive working relationships with customers, vendors and Benco teammates; • Drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals; • Add new buying accounts and develop new customer relationships; • Identify new business through a variety of methods including cold calling and networking; • Partner regularly with vendor reps to continue to learn and gain knowledge about new products. • Stay updated on dental industry trends, market dynamics, and product and service offerings.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience. • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license, and an acceptable driving record. • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips as well as limited overnight travel
