• Partner with the Sales team to support the acquisition of new enterprise customers. • Lead engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business objectives. • Design and deliver proof-of-concepts, mapping detailed customer requirements to beqom’s technology. • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from Global Heads of Reward to Reward Analysts. • Produce high-quality written deliverables, including RFP responses and security questionnaires. • Participate in customer meetings, events, and occasional travel as required.
• You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, either: • In HR Technology (presales, sales, or consulting), or • In an in-house role within reward, compensation, performance management, or pay equity teams. • Native-level French and fluent English. • Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and demo skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Team-oriented, flexible, and collaborative approach. • Nice to Have Additional European language(s). • Experience in HR Tech, especially in reward, compensation, sales commissions, performance management, or pay equity. • Value or management consulting background. • Exposure to enterprise software sales.
