📋 Description

• Technology ambassador: You identify technological trends (AI, CMS features) and coordinate their implementation. • Performance monitoring & SEO: You keep a close eye on our technical infrastructure and SEO performance. You analyze data and work with engineering to develop optimization proposals. • Process optimization: You analyze editorial workflows and look for opportunities to automate or provide technical support to make the newsroom more efficient. • Multi-project management: You manage complex projects across departments and facilitate collaboration between content creators and software engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German for working in the editorial team and fluent English for daily coordination with our international development teams. • Bilingual (content & code): You understand the language of the editorial staff as well as the logic of software development. • Technical foundation: Solid knowledge of SEO, web technologies, and data analysis. • Organizational skills: Confident in agile project management methods and able to keep a cool head when handling concurrent projects. • Strong facilitation: Able to explain technical constraints to editorial colleagues and prioritize editorial requests toward the tech team.
