📋 Description

• Own one of two tracks: Order-to-Cash Integrations Projects or CRM & Martech Projects • Own the Order-to-Cash flow end-to-end across legacy and new technology stacks • Define integration ecosystem strategy, reusable patterns, and connection standards • Co-build the legacy system replacement as technical owner of the new platform’s O2C integration layer, including data models and API contracts • Evaluate integration vendors, SLAs, and build-versus-buy decisions • Bridge legacy and new-stack engineering teams on O2C data contracts and dependencies • Lead the Salesforce 2A sunset project, including planning, timeline, execution, data migration, and cutover • Lead the Salesforce STAR sunset project • Manage the HubSpot vendor relationship, contract terms, SLA performance, and roadmap alignment • Own the roadmap and execution of marketing automation workflows built largely on HubSpot • Identify sunset risks and create mitigation and rollback plans • Join the project management and product operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Software engineering background with experience building, maintaining, or integrating production systems, ideally including APIs, middleware, or data pipelines • Strong communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs to engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders • Detail-oriented and structured approach to complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects, including sequencing, risk management, and timeline ownership • Ability to read and reason about system architecture and data models across multiple connected systems • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving scope boundaries during a platform migration • Familiarity with billing, invoicing, or CRM systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Stripe, Metronome, Workato, or similar • Experience with vendor management, including contract and SLA negotiation • Background in a company undergoing a legacy-to-modern platform migration • Experience defining integration strategy or organizational standards, including point-to-point, iPaaS/middleware, or event-driven architecture patterns • Formal project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is helpful but not required
