📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and convert inquiries into appointments • Make outbound calls to leads, past clients, and prospective clients • Follow up with leads who have not booked • Respond to SMS, email, and online inquiries • Rebook existing clients • Reactivate inactive/lost clients • Follow up on marketing campaigns and promotions • Sell salon services and promotions • Manage leads through the sales pipeline • Maintain accurate follow-up notes and client information • Help remotely manage front-desk communications • Increase booked appointments and salon revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional spoken and written English • Neutral or very minimal accent • Polished, professional phone presence • Proven sales experience • Proven appointment-setting and lead-conversion experience • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls • Experience following up and nurturing leads • Comfortable making outbound sales calls • Strong closing ability • Highly proactive and accountable • Able to work independently without constantly waiting for instructions • Customer service experience • CRM experience • Experience working toward measurable sales and conversion KPIs • Stable and high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup for power or service interruptions • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM and Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher • Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer • Up-to-date web browsers and security software • 500GB/128 SSD storage • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution • Designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace • Ability to learn and work within Zenoti and additional CRM/communications systems
