📋 Description

• New customer acquisition: Independently identify, approach and acquire new customers in the DACH market. • Lead management: Qualify leads from marketing and partner activities and proactively develop the market. • Consulting & presentations: Analyze customer requirements, create suitable solution concepts and conduct product presentations (remote & on-site) together with our PreSales team. • Negotiation management: Manage the entire sales cycle – from initial contact and proposal creation to successful contract closing. • Team collaboration: Work closely with PreSales, Marketing and Partner Management to ensure efficient market coverage. • Market monitoring: Actively monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B sales of software solutions, ideally in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or IT security. • Proven track record in new customer acquisition – hunter mentality with a strong sense for customer needs. • Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly. • Confident communication and negotiation skills in German and English. • Independent, structured working style with high self-motivation. • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.
