📋 Description

• Lead the development of the company’s GenAI foundations and shared capabilities • Ensure that all GenAI initiatives are translated into scalable, reusable, and production-ready assets • Play a key role in transforming GenAI efforts into a coherent, industrialized capability layer that enables teams to build faster, safer, and more efficiently • Own and drive cross-functional GenAI initiatives at the intersection of product, technology, and operations • Be responsible for asset delivery and outcomes, coordinating multiple stakeholders across the organization • Define and prioritize the core capabilities required to scale GenAI • Lead complex initiatives and ensure tangible delivery across various teams • Convert initiatives into frameworks, standards, guidelines, reusable components, and internal tools

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years in: • o Product or Platform roles • o Program leadership • o Technology strategy or consulting • Experience in: • o AI / GenAI environments • o Cross-functional delivery at scale • o Building internal platforms or shared capabilities • Skills: • o Strong understanding of GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents, etc.) • o Proven ability to drive complex initiatives end-to-end • o Excellent stakeholder management at a senior level • o Strong structuring and prioritization skills • o Product mindset applied to internal capabilities
