📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules for Azure and GCP • Enforce configuration standards and policy-as-code practices across environments • Build and operate scalable, secure Azure and GCP environments, including AKS/GKE, App Gateway, VNets, NSGs, Key Vault, and Managed Identities • Implement governance, cost optimization, and compliance controls across subscriptions and projects • Build and optimize Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment • Implement blue/green, canary, and rollback deployment strategies with observability and alerting • Integrate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows • Manage secrets, certificates, and key material with secure vault solutions • Partner with security teams to align infrastructure with FedRAMP, FIPS, ISO, and PCI standards • Contribute to portal application code using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frontends, REST API endpoints, and simple backend handlers • Integrate applications with standardized observability, secrets, authentication, and deployment patterns • Implement proactive monitoring with Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, and Log Analytics • Define and tune SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets aligned to business outcomes • Participate in agile planning, standups, retrospectives, release management, and post-incident reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering, with full-stack application exposure • Proven expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud architecture and automation • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, and reusable module design • Strong proficiency with Jenkins or GitHub Actions • Familiarity with security frameworks • Experience with container security, image scanning, and supply chain security • Proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell scripting • Application-level comfort building or maintaining portal-style web applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frontends and REST backends • Working fluency with AI-first development, including daily use of AI coding assistants and reviewing AI-generated output for correctness and security • Excellent troubleshooting across infrastructure, network, and application layers • Strong written and verbal English • Ability to collaborate during US Eastern Time hours • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience • Comfort working Monday-Friday during US Eastern Time hours; for India-based candidates typically 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST, adjusted for daylight saving time • Preferred or additional certifications include Azure AZ-104/AZ-400, GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD, and HashiCorp Terraform Associate • Prior regulated-environment experience in FedRAMP, BFSI, or healthcare is advantageous • Ansible and ArgoCD are good to have
