📋 Description

• Translate business needs into clear, complete, and actionable requirements • Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and refinement end-to-end • Identify gaps, ambiguities, dependencies, edge cases, and potential risks • Explore possible approaches and help shape solutions with Product and Engineering teams • Lead and facilitate grooming sessions before development starts • Develop and maintain PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria • Create precise, non-contradictory, usable documentation for engineers, QA, and product teams • Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, iOS, Android, Backend, and other stakeholders • Build shared understanding of problems and solutions across cross-functional teams • Manage multiple parallel tasks and maintain context and commitments • Communicate risks and blockers proactively • Use AI tools for research, analysis, requirements refinement, and documentation while validating outputs and owning the final result

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Experience working with B2C digital products and/or products with a large user base • Strong requirements analysis skills and attention to detail • Ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear and actionable requirements • Ownership mindset and ability to deliver reliably with minimal supervision • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams • Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, including frontend/mobile and backend system interactions • Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Hands-on experience with AI tools and ability to critically evaluate their output • English level — Upper Intermediate • Nice to have: experience working with mobile products • Nice to have: experience in healthtech, wellness, or fitness products • Nice to have: familiarity with UX/UI design principles and Figma
