📋 Description

• Manage and Lead the Executive Team: Coach, supervise, and develop senior leaders • Operational Execution: Oversee organization-wide operational systems, budget development, staffing, and performance management • Strategic Planning & Alignment: Lead strategic planning and goal-setting processes • Impact Evaluation: Design and oversee measurement frameworks to evaluate organizational progress • External Representation & Partnerships: Serve as an ambassador for Beyond100K at public forums and events

🎯 Requirements

• 15 years+ of related professional experience in internal organizational leadership and expertise in systems change/network strategy • Experience within the field of social impact networks, field catalysts, and/or systems change, ideally within education or an adjacent sector • Proven experience serving in an internal executive capacity (e.g., Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, Chief Strategy Officer, or Chief Program Officer) • A track record of successfully managing and coaching senior teams or department leaders • Experience developing and executing annual or multi-year strategic planning processes
