📋 Description

• Perform accounts payable routines, including validation of invoices, contracts, payment requests, due dates and approvals. • Execute and monitor payments, ensuring compliance with internal deadlines. • Work on accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and payment slips (boletos), tracking receipts and following up on overdue payments. • Perform financial and accounting reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Support the monthly close by preparing documentation and reviewing information with external accounting providers. • Maintain controls, reports and documentation organized for audits and management support. • Interact with internal departments to align information and respond to financial requests. • Support improvements in processes, internal controls and management reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles. • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields. • Intermediate Excel skills. • Experience with ERP systems. • Knowledge of TOTVS is desirable. • English language skills are desirable for interfacing with foreign colleagues on work-related matters.
