📋 Description

• Recepcionar llamadas de usuarios que cuentan con servicios de Claro • Brindar una adecuada atención al cliente • Resolver consultas y realizar gestión comercial durante la llamada • Trabajar en modalidad 100% remota para vacantes de Lima y provincia • Cumplir turnos PM rotativos full time, semi full o part time • Participar en 12 días de capacitación teórica y 4 días de proceso práctico

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia mínima de 3 meses en Call Center • Contar con PC o laptop • Windows 10/11 • Procesador Core i3 de 5.ª generación o equivalente en adelante • Mínimo 8 GB de RAM • Internet cableado de mínimo 50 Mbps • Audífonos con entrada USB • Cámara encendida durante la capacitación • Declaración jurada de identidad • Disponibilidad para el horario elegido • Contar con o gestionar RUC y usuario y clave SOL de SUNAT • Aceptar la modalidad de contratación por Recibo por Honorarios / Locación de Servicios • Educación secundaria

• Bono variable: S/ 300 (full time/semi full) or S/ 150 (part time) • Bono de permanencia: S/ 200, plus S/ 100 during each of the first 2 months for semi full and part time; full time includes S/ 100 in the 2nd and 3rd months • Capacitación pagada: S/ 240 en total durante los 12 días teóricos, sujeta a las condiciones establecidas por la empresa • Trabajo 100% remoto • Horarios full time, semi full y part time • Pago mensual mediante cuenta BCP o Scotiabank
