📋 Description

• Operate NetSuite and third-party file loads into BigQuery • Extend data loads to new sources using established patterns • Monitor schema changes and failed loads and resolve root causes • Run the retailer door-sales synchronization pipeline using Excel/VBA, Dropbox, Google Sheets, and Apps Script • Reconcile door counts and investigate source-file issues • Update monthly financial forecasts and report backends • Produce budget-versus-actuals reporting by GL account, department, and channel • Draft first-pass variance commentary • Maintain transaction-type dispatch logic and Description Aliases • Lock monthly and quarterly forecasts • Produce clinic KPI reports and maintain Boulevard service-category mapping • Run shipping-file checks and add controls for identified gaps • Classify job tickets, flag duplicate orders and quantity errors, and maintain profitability models • Calculate and reconcile field and corporate bonus pools, caps, gates, and payout rates • Maintain sales lead/customer mappings and reconcile against GRTs • Maintain, update, and archive brand pricing schedules for SKUs • Maintain VAT, tariff, and FX logic for international pricing scenarios • Run new-market and new-SKU scenarios and validate landed-cost margins • Own customer, vendor, employee, channel, sub-channel, and GL master data • Maintain the internal reporting portal resource directory and links • Report to the FP&A Manager, client manager, and Big Ideas supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with studies in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field • CPA, CMA, or CFA track is an advantage • Minimum of 4–5+ years of proven corporate experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance • Experience supporting omnichannel consumer products, retail, or fast-scaling DTC/e-commerce brand environments • 4+ years of FP&A, financial reporting, business analytics, or finance shared services experience preferred • Intermediate SQL, including joins, CTEs, aggregation, and window functions • Advanced Google Sheets and Excel, including array formulas, QUERY, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and Power Query or equivalent • Strong VBA; able to read, debug, and extend macro-driven calculation workbooks • Ability to learn new languages or tools; Google Apps Script and JavaScript experience will be required on the job • Ability to read a P&L unaided and understand debits and credits, accruals, gross-to-net revenue, COGS, and gross margin • Strong English skills, verbal and written • Ability to document processes for cold execution • Comfortable asking questions and escalating issues • Self-starter with evidence of self-directed automation preferred • Reliable attendance • Intermediate to advanced NetSuite proficiency • Experience with NetSuite ERP extractions, BigQuery file loads, schema monitoring, and third-party data pipelines • Experience maintaining chart of accounts groupings, customer/vendor master tables, and product SKU hierarchies • Highly organized, independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented team player • Proactive problem solver • Excellent communication skills with US-based executive personnel • Legally eligible to work as a remote freelancer or contractor in the Philippines • Natural-born Filipino citizen or foreigner with a Philippine work visa or permit • Own computer or laptop capable of handling work demands • Fast, reliable home internet connection of at least 200–300 Mbps • Quiet, distraction-free home work environment • Willing to work graveyard shifts or changing US schedules • Willing to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday • Overtime must be pre-approved • Preferred: DTC, retail, or CPG beauty, wellness, and clinic services experience • Preferred: freelancer or US client experience • Preferred: Boulevard or similar service-booking platform familiarity • Preferred: AI tools and prompting skills
