âą Support operational improvements âą Execute Operations Excellence initiatives across EU warehouse network, with a strong focus on implementation and follow-through âą Help document, test, and deploy standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency âą Contribute to building the tools, processes, and routines that enable scalable and reliable operations âą Work closely with site teams to understand operational constraints and help translate them into practical improvements âą Assist in collecting and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities âą Support cross-functional improvement projects (layout optimization, process redesign, digitalization, tooling implementation) âą Execute small-to-medium projects with guidance: problem analysis, data collection, solution testing, implementation support, and tracking âą Help scale best practices across the network, ensuring consistency while adapting to local realities âą Prepare clear project updates, analyses, and recommendations for Operations Excellence leadership âą Participate in project planning sessions and contribute ideas for process enhancements âą Help build and maintain operational dashboards (productivity, quality, costs) âą Monitor KPIs and flag deviations, risks, or improvement opportunities to your manager âą Support the measurement and documentation of improvement initiatives âą Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement discussions âą Assist in creating reports and presentations on operational performance âą Work with Technology teams to help communicate operational challenges and test system improvements âą Collaborate with Finance and Data Analysts to understand cost drivers and operational metrics âą Coordinate with Fulfillment, Transportation, and Customer Service teams to support end-to-end operational improvements âą Build relationships with site operators and team leads to gather feedback and insights âą Support a data-driven, problem-solving mindset within operations âą Help empower site teams to identify and address performance issues âą Actively contribute ideas and learn from operational challenges âą Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training initiatives.
âą 5-7 years of experience in operations, consulting, supply chain, industrial engineering, process improvement, or a related field âą Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL is a plus) âą Hands-on approach with willingness to spend time on the warehouse floor âą Ability to travel as needed to support areas of responsibility. Domestic and regional travel estimate average 50% (subject to change based on business need). âą Clear communicator, able to work effectively with both frontline operators and management âą Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced operational environment âą Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field âą Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement skills or certifications âą Experience in data analysis and creating actionable insights from operational data âą Knowledge of warehouse management systems or logistics operations âą Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
