📋 Description
• Handle member experience through direct ticket handling • Manage lab partner portfolio including SLA tracking, QBR prep and running • Conduct field visits to collection centers and onboard new partners • Identify systemic issues and collaborate with Product & Engineering • Launch ops for new markets and product flows • Implement tooling and automation
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in operations-heavy roles • Track record of building operational systems — SOPs, playbooks, partner processes, dashboards • Native or fluent French + fluent English • Written craft under pressure — warm, structured, professional • Builder mentality: you ship, iterate, don't wait for a brief • Background in health, diagnostics, lab services, wellness, or consumer platforms (nice to have) • Additional European language (nice to have)
