📋 Description
• Coordinate international transport operations for customer shipments • Manage relationships with service providers, including agents and carriers • Keep clients updated on shipment progress and proactively resolve issues • Handle invoicing and customer billing inquiries and discrepancies • Develop and structure operational strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Strong interest in the transport industry • Excellent communication skills • Ability to handle challenging situations in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in French and English.
