📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand their operational and organizational needs. • Assist in coordinating between departments (sales, marketing, finance/accounting) to ensure smooth communication. • Help identify and improve existing processes to streamline commercial activities. • Train sales teams on using Salesforce, including best practices for CRM usage and standard procedures. • Serve as a primary point of contact for questions and use of tools. • Regularly update operational process documentation. • Maintain impeccable organization of tools and files made available to teams. • Collect, structure, and analyze commercial data to provide operational insights. • Monitor and analyze sales team performance through KPIs. • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information entered in Salesforce. • Detect errors or inconsistencies in data (leads, opportunities, accounts, etc.) and follow up with the relevant people. • Implement a regular control system to ensure data reliability for business tracking. • Contribute to the development of sector-specific presentations: key figures, growth, trends, priority segments, and support the Go-To-Market strategy. • Monitor news and developments in target sectors to feed the internal newsletter for sales teams. • Work closely with the team's GTM strategist to develop prospect lists. • Help produce the client newsletter by researching market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and a taste for numerical data. • Attention to detail and rigor in tracking and validating data. • Good teaching skills (ability to explain concepts simply). • Proficiency with office tools (Gsuite, notably Excel or Google Sheets). • Basic knowledge of Salesforce is a plus (understanding its main features for commercial use). • Fluent English required.
