📋 Description

• Standardisierung, Entwicklung und Automatisierung von IT-Operations-Prozessen inCloud-Only-Umfeld • Planung, Implementierung und Betrieb komplexer Microsoft-365- und Azure-Konfigurationen – inklusive SSO/IdP, MFA, RBAC und Access Reviews • Verantwortung für Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management nach ITIL-Grundsätzen mit SLA-Fokus • Bearbeitung von IT-Security-Vorfällen und Übernahme von Incident Response • Unterstützung beim Audit der Informationssicherheit-Zertifizierung gemäß ISO 27001 • Entwicklung des UEM/MDM-Setups mit Intune für Windows, iOS und macOS

🎯 Requirements

• Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und Azure (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure) • Sehr gutes Verständnis von ITIL-basiertem Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management • Erfahrung in IT-Security-Operations und Incident Response (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center) • Starkes Hands-on-Mindset • Erfahrung mit Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen (Skripting, Workflow-Automatisierung, M365-Automationen) oder erste Berührungspunkte mit KI-gestützten Supporting-Functions • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- (C1) und fließende Englischkenntnisse (B2)
