• Create and maintain BD's sales playbooks • Plan and deliver ongoing training programs on sales techniques • Translate product features into sales value propositions; create enablement materials • Develop a commercial maturity assessment model • Clearly measure the ROI of trainings • Accompany the sales team on strategic client visits • Create and maintain BD's Sales Enablement platform
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, or related fields • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, pitching, discovery, and consultative selling methodologies • Familiarity with SaaS products and technology solutions (experience in the events/entertainment market is a plus) • Ability to convert product information into value messaging for the sales team • Experience building learning paths, development plans, and commercial maturity assessments • Experience creating playbooks, sales materials, sales scripts, and structured methodologies • Ability to apply performance metrics: training ROI, sales impact, sales cycle, CAC, churn, etc. • Ability to structure educational content and sales enablement materials • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex content into clear, instructional materials
