• Research and identify high-potential accounts in the US construction industry. • Build tailored outbound sequences that get responses. • Engage prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings. • Work closely with the sales team to sharpen, target, and optimise prospecting strategies. • Maintain and update lead information in Salesforce.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role or similar. • Comfortable with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Nooks dialling system, and Salesforce. • Enthusiastic, relationship-focused communicator with resilience and drive. • Not afraid to pick up the phone or explore creative strategies to generate new leads. • Post-secondary education in business, economics, sales, or equivalent. • Fluent in English (native level). • Willingness to travel to events and trade shows approximately 3-6 times per year.
