📋 Description

• Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs • Build key customer service processes and systems • Formulate management rules and track the status of key customers • Analyze user behavior and identify hidden needs • Write key customer analysis reports • Communicate with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback • Build a portfolio of clients alongside Binance and top colleagues • Travel to meet and attract clients at bespoke events

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience (customer acquisition/origination) with a clear sales KPI • Familiarity with CRM tools • Experience working autonomously within a sales team • Experience working with regional sales teams • Experience attending and hosting events to acquire new customers • At least 3–5 years of work experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, or FX sales • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, proprietary trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks • Strong communication, flexibility in a variety of situations, relationship maintenance, and sales skills • Ability to work under pressure • Passion for crypto • Fluency in English required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders • Additional languages are advantageous
