📋 Description

• Investigate corporate entities and individuals to assess financial, legal, and reputational risks • Conduct deep-dive open-source intelligence (OSINT) and public record research • Identify ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO) and map complex corporate control structures • Screen subjects for anti-money laundering, corruption, and regulatory compliance • Identify trends of abnormal or malicious activity to map networks of bad actors • Thoroughly document research, including steps taken, information gathered, and conclusions drawn • Liaise with other teams to assist and provide and/or gather information • Provide feedback to relevant departments based on analyses to enhance the company’s risk framework

• Excellent problem-solving skills, including an ability to think outside the box • Ability to think critically and consider all possibilities, especially in the context of an investigation • High level of passion and commitment to the company and work being performed • Fully functional and tuned moral compass, with a high degree of integrity • Highly motivated and able to work effectively both as a team and independently, with minimal supervision • Professional and sound judgment • Solid security awareness • Working knowledge of open-source investigations (OSINT) and corporate due diligence • Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and differences between separate blockchains/networks • Excellent research and writing skills; ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely • Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills
