📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for options/derivatives trading products, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration. • Drive product enhancements for options and related derivative instruments on the platform. • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's vision and evolving market trends. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing. • Analyze market data, user feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize product performance. • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in options or trading products, with a solid understanding of trading products and user trading needs, deep expertise in options business is a strong plus. • Experience in traditional stock options trading product design, or hands-on options trading experience, is a plus. • Proven track record of independently driving a product from requirements/research through full launch — knows how to plan, drive iteration, and grow a product. • At least 3–4 years of experience as a Product Manager / BA, preferably in trading, derivatives, or fintech. • Strong knowledge of trading products and financial markets; familiarity with options/derivatives is highly desirable.
