• Source and screen candidates for logistics and transportation-related positions. • Recruit profiles such as dispatchers, logistics coordinators, customer care representatives, and similar operational roles. • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines. • Coordinate interviews and follow-up throughout the hiring process. • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Identify candidates aligned with the operational dynamics of the U.S. logistics industry. • Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous recruiting experience within the logistics, transportation, or trucking industry in the U.S. • Experience recruiting dispatchers, operations profiles, or logistics/customer support roles. • Advanced / bilingual English proficiency (written and spoken). • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing/recruiting tools. • Knowledge of U.S. logistics operations and trucking workflows is highly desirable.
