• Liderar la prospección y desarrollo de nuevos clientes desde cero a través de canales digitales (LinkedIn, llamadas, correo, eventos). • Gestionar el ciclo completo de la venta consultiva, desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre. • Generar reuniones efectivas que aporten valor y respondan a necesidades específicas del cliente. • Utilizar y mantener actualizado el CRM (HubSpot u otros). • Elaborar propuestas comerciales y presentaciones consultivas. • Representar a la empresa en eventos y conferencias del sector. • Adaptar las estrategias comerciales a las particularidades culturales de la región.
• Profesional en Administración, Marketing, Negocios o carreras afines. • 3+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios B2B y venta consultiva. • Experiencia en ventas de productos SaaS o ERP, preferiblemente en entornos de Recursos Humanos. • Dominio de herramientas de prospección como LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo o CRMs reconocidos. • Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación, negociación y presentación. • Perfil autónomo, organizado y con orientación a resultados.
• Excelente clima laboral, proyectos creativos y posibilidades de aprendizaje continuo. • Capacitaciones y certificaciones de Google y Meta dentro del horario laboral.
