📋 Description

• Gestionar directamente el portafolio de cuentas clave, garantizando retención, expansión y satisfacción. • Identificar y ejecutar oportunidades de upsell y cross-sell, impulsando la adopción de nuevos módulos y servicios. • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con C-levels (CEOs, CIOs, CMOs) de instituciones de salud. • Diseñar e implementar planes de cuenta trimestrales, alineando objetivos operativos y comerciales del cliente. • Coordinar con las áreas de Activaciones, Soporte, Producto y Tecnología para garantizar una entrega impecable del servicio. • Liderar QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) con clientes estratégicos, presentando resultados, métricas de adopción y próximos pasos. • Monitorear métricas críticas como NRR, MRR y NPS, anticipando riesgos y actuando proactivamente ante señales de churn. • Representar la voz del cliente dentro de la organización, influenciando el roadmap de producto y decisiones de mejora. • Realizar visitas estratégicas en campo para fortalecer relaciones y detectar nuevas oportunidades de expansión.

🎯 Requirements

• +5 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas estratégicas en empresas SaaS, HealthTech o B2B Enterprise. • Experiencia en productos tecnológicos para el sector salud (PACS, RIS, EMR o similares). • Capacidad para analizar métricas comerciales, contractuales y de adopción de producto. • Habilidad comprobada en negociación y comunicación ejecutiva. • Nivel avanzado de Excel / Google Sheets, CRM (HubSpot deseable) y herramientas BI (Looker, Redash). • Disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes dentro de México y reuniones presenciales con clientes.
