• Lead the development and execution of the regional growth strategy, aligned with global corporate and divisional priorities • Generate deep market, customer, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision ‑ making and commercial investments • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, milestones, and performance tracking frameworks • Partner with commercial, marketing, finance and operations teams to optimize go ‑ to ‑ market, channel, and distributor strategies • Lead regional M&A projects, from target identification through post-transaction integration processes • Collaborate closely with Corporate Development on M&A pipeline development, strategic rationale, and integration planning, as applicable • Ensure strong alignment and coordination between regional strategy and global corporate/divisional strategies • Build and sustain productive relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders across a highly matrixed organization
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent); MBA strongly preferred • 10+ years of relevant strategic and commercial experience • Experience in top ‑ tier management consulting and/or corporate strategy roles • Strong business acumen with demonstrated capabilities in strategy formulation, financial analysis, and execution planning • Proven ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders in complex organizations • Deep regional market and cultural familiarity, including experience operating across multiple countries (preferred) • Significant experience within the life sciences industry (preferred) • Demonstrated M&A, partnership, or corporate development experience (preferred) • Experience working effectively within global, matrixed organizations (preferred)
