📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions • Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis • Develop and support ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and loading • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems • Work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and application teams to understand business requirements • Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolution • Create and maintain technical documentation for database structures and processes • Support reporting and analytics needs by building efficient data models

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SQL development • Strong proficiency in relational databases such as: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle • Expertise in writing complex queries, joins, CTEs, and window functions • Experience with performance tuning and query optimization • Good understanding of database design principles (normalization, indexing, etc.) • Experience with ETL tools or scripting (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, or custom pipelines) • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts • Basic knowledge of Python or other scripting languages is a plus • Willingness to work in US eastern times (5pm to 2am) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
