📋 Description

• Independently manage partner communications, campaign execution, asset coordination, and onboarding with a strong emphasis on using AI tools and automation. • Act as the primary operational liaison between the organization and partners. Own all routine partner communications. • Coordinate and manage all aspects of last-click campaigns across various channels. • Troubleshoot campaign issues as they arise and implement solutions. • Proactively identify and address challenges during campaigns to ensure smooth execution. • Oversee tracking and reporting processes to assess partnership deliverables and campaign effectiveness. • Deepen existing partner relationships and identify opportunities for deal expansion. • Coordinate all partner-facing activities related to product launches. • Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive partnership workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, influencer marketing, or partnership management. • Industry experience in health & wellness, beauty, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is highly preferred. • Proven experience managing social media campaigns (specifically with creators on Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts). • Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) and automation tools (like Zapier) to improve daily work efficiency. • Must be able to work full-time hours aligned with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
