• Drive sales of Biotage instruments and consumables including flash chromatography systems and other laboratory equipment • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet customer needs and achieve account growth • Identify and qualify new leads, develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and close deals through technical presentations • Provide accurate sales forecasts and achieve sales targets • Maintain comprehensive documentation of sales activities in Salesforce.com
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field • MBA/PGDBM in Marketing is highly desirable • Solid demonstrated experience in direct sales and service experience in chemical/biological sciences • Strong understanding of the Indian market and customer landscape • Proven ability to understand and address customer needs and tailored solutions • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. salesforce) and MS office suite • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
