📋 Description

• Conduct technical trials with greater autonomy. • Validate the regional positioning of the portfolio. • Serve as intermediate-level technical support for the sales team. • Facilitate alignment among Research & Innovation, Marketing, and Sales. • Plan and execute experimental trials with analytical independence. • Interpret results and propose adjustments to the regional positioning of products. • Prepare technical reports, comparative analyses, and strategic summaries. • Deliver technical training to the sales team. • Develop competitive sales arguments and technical positioning statements. • Support Technical Sales Representatives (RTVs) during technical visits to major growers and distribution channels. • Manage relationships with external consultants and research institutions. • Monitor regional trial contracts, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. • Monitor trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for Marketing and Sales. • Organize and conduct technical events and field days. • Plan, execute, and analyze demonstration plots (CRM). • Manage major events from both technical and budgetary perspectives. • Manage the regional consulting budget. • Plan, establish, and conduct field trials with strategic consulting firms and institutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering. • Knowledge of Plant Physiology, Plant Protection, Agricultural Microbiology, Integrated Pest Management, and Biological Control. • Experience with the predominant crops in the region. • Coverage area: Southern Mato Grosso and the Araguaia Valley. • Knowledge of the region. • Technical knowledge of agricultural production systems. • Knowledge of the key crops in the assigned region. • Postgraduate degree or MBA; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
