📋 Description

• Develop functional specifications for systems, focusing on changes introduced by new processes • Provide functional support to the technical team during solution development • Prepare presentations summarizing the results of process diagnostics • Interact with the project team, the client and other stakeholders to diagnose needs and review solution designs; able to define and execute stakeholder engagement strategies and develop/apply action plans for stakeholder management • Generate hypotheses and perform analyses • Analyze documents, databases/reports and produce analytical insights • Perform process mapping, create As-Is models, present findings with gap identification and prepare meeting minutes • Develop To-Be processes aligned with client expectations • Prepare management and executive-level presentations • Work collaboratively in teams with clear, assertive communication • Support other consultants with project-related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics • Experience in system development processes working as a functional analyst • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel • Strong client-facing communication skills • Ability to manage workload and requests independently • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
