📋 Description

• Perform diagnostics based on data analyses, KPIs, and other metrics across business areas in companies from various sectors; • Develop presentations (management and executive level) with the results of the process diagnostics and prepare the presentation materials; • Define and value improvement initiatives for the analyzed processes, design implementation plans and monitor the results achieved; • Conduct interviews and lead workshops with area stakeholders to map processes, identify deviations/bottlenecks and root causes; • Support scope control for the project and manage the escalation process to ensure adherence to schedule and scope; • Work effectively in teams with clear, assertive communication; • Act as the project point of contact, proposing solutions and proactively supporting project demands; • Interact with the project team, client and other stakeholders to diagnose needs and review solution designs, being able to define/execute stakeholder engagement strategies and develop/apply an action plan for stakeholder management; • Support other consultants with project tasks; • Analyze documents, databases/reports and build analytical reports and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields; • Strong data analysis capabilities, problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making; • Strategic mindset and ability to align improvement initiatives with the company’s business objectives; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Maturity to lead workshop dynamics with stakeholders and managerial positions; • Ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders, prepare and deliver executive presentations; • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); • Previous experience in business consulting; • Experience in process optimization and operational excellence projects; • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt) or process management.
