📋 Description

• Develop statistical models for all of Bip Brasil’s areas of operation, from initial data processing through technical documentation of the solution • Create predictive and machine learning models • Develop analytics and BI solutions to deliver the best solution and customer experience • Work directly with the business consulting team to understand problems and potential solutions • Develop models using different statistical methodologies and programming languages across a range of business challenges • Recommend new techniques and technologies to advance data science practices and create value for users and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; all fields of study are welcome • Previous experience in statistical modeling • Understanding of the modeling process, including coding for database manipulation, variable selection, treatment, and analysis, as well as discussions with business teams • Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python, including macro and function development • Strong logical reasoning skills • Inquisitive mindset • Entrepreneurial profile, with an appetite for business challenges and the consulting environment • Previous experience with credit risk models: scorecards, PD, EAD, and LGD • Proficiency in more than one programming language is desirable • Experience with BI software is desirable • Experience in projects using AWS, GCP, or Microsoft technologies is desirable • Experience working in an Agile environment is desirable
