📋 Description

• Translate business challenges and opportunities into solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning • Identify high-value use cases and measure the financial, operational, and strategic impact of the models developed • Design, build, validate, and optimize advanced Machine Learning models end to end • Explore and prepare data for deployment and monitoring in production environments • Implement MLOps practices for pipeline automation, model versioning, performance monitoring, and drift detection • Design and evolve scalable data and Machine Learning architectures in cloud environments, particularly GCP • Ensure technical quality, data governance, observability, documentation, and model lifecycle management • Serve as a technical reference for Data and Artificial Intelligence initiatives • Define architectural standards and share knowledge with multidisciplinary teams • Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and approaches in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI • Partner with business, technology, and executive leadership teams to align solutions with strategic objectives and generate measurable results

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python or R for analytical model development, data manipulation, process automation, and implementation of Machine Learning solutions in production environments • Strong experience with advanced SQL for extracting, transforming, cleaning, and integrating large volumes of data • Proven experience building, training, validating, optimizing, and deploying supervised and unsupervised models • Experience with Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and related libraries • Experience across the complete Machine Learning model development lifecycle, including versioning, monitoring, reproducibility, pipeline automation, and performance tracking in production • Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments • Experience with Spark, Databricks, and BigQuery • Strong knowledge of statistics, statistical inference, mathematical modeling, and experimental design • Experience with A/B testing • Ability to transform analytical results and performance metrics into actionable insights • Experience developing and tracking business indicators and model metrics • Knowledge of building scalable architectures for data processing, storage, and consumption • Ability to work in highly complex analytical environments • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
