📋 Description

• Own IT at Birch Gold Group, supporting a fully distributed workforce • Lead and mentor the help desk team, reporting directly to the CTO • Manage identity and access, endpoint management, security tooling, and voice communications • Oversee operations and tuning of security tooling and incident response • Administer enterprise backup platform and manage data loss prevention • Use AI-assisted tooling for automation • Manage Azure administration and application development

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT operations, systems engineering, or cloud infrastructure • 4+ years in a Microsoft cloud-first environment (Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365) • 2+ years leading or managing others • Strong hands-on Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 administration • Production Azure administration • Endpoint management across Windows and macOS • Hands-on security tooling ownership • Zero-trust access or VPN administration • VoIP or unified communications administration • Enterprise backup administration • ITSM platform administration • Strong PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting • Demonstrated success developing technical staff • Security-first instincts • Exceptional written communication
